The plant behind every packet

22 years of namkeen. Now made on an automated line.

  1. Raw material check

Besan, sabudana, potatoes, corn, peanuts, spices and oil are checked as they arrive. Only what passes moves on.

  2. Kneading & extrusion

Besan dough is kneaded smooth and pressed into even strands of sev, straight into hot oil.

  3. Continuous frying

Our automated fryer holds oil temperature and frying time steady, so batch 50 tastes like batch 1.

  4. Seasoning

A ribbon mixer coats every piece evenly with tadka, masala, curry leaves, peanuts or garlic.

  5. Bucket elevator

Finished namkeen rides up to the weigher without being handled again.

  6. Weigh & seal

Multihead weighers measure each portion and form-fill-seal machines pack it, from ₹5 sachets to 1 kg bags.

Namkeen supply in Dharashiv: FAQ

When should I place my Navratri order?

Talk to us a few weeks before Navratri so your stock is planned into production. Our 15-ton daily capacity helps, but early planning is always best.

Is your Upwas chiwda suitable for fasting?

Our Upwas chiwda is made with sendha namak for fasting days. Customers can check the ingredients on the pack against their own fasting customs.

How long has Satguru Food Industry been making namkeen?

Since 2004. The Kinger family started Satguru in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and 22 years on it runs an automated plant in MIDC Chikalthana.

What is your production capacity?

Our plant has a capacity of 15 tons of namkeen a day, shared across HariHar, Ratna and Jai Pratap and private label orders.

Is your plant automated?

Yes. Frying, seasoning, weighing and packing run on an automated line: a continuous fryer, a ribbon mixer, bucket elevators, multihead weighers and form-fill-seal packing machines. A few speciality items are still finished in traditional kadais.

Is your factory FSSAI licensed?

Yes. We manufacture in our FSSAI-licensed plant at E-41/13, MIDC Chikalthana, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

How will stock reach Dharashiv?

Dharashiv is about 240 km from our plant via Beed. Delivery schedules and terms are agreed when you sign on.
