Satguru Food Industry is a private label, white label and third-party namkeen manufacturer. We make namkeen for other brands at our FSSAI-licensed factory in MIDC Chikalthana, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. Pick from our recipes or bring your own. We fry, season, weigh and pack it in your brand's pouch.

Share your recipe and taste standard. We produce it on our line and agree the taste with you before production starts.

Follow a batch from raw material to a sealed pouch with your brand on it.
ScrollRaw material check
Besan, sabudana, potatoes, corn, peanuts, spices and oil are checked as they come into the factory. Only what passes moves to production.
Dough kneading
Besan dough for sev and farsan is kneaded until it turns shiny and smooth. That consistency gives an even, crisp bite.
Sev extrusion
The extruder presses the dough into even strands of sev and drops them straight into hot oil.
Continuous frying
Our automated fryer line holds the oil temperature and frying time steady, so batch 50 tastes like batch 1.
Tadka & masala mixing
In the ribbon mixer, fried items get their tadka, masala, curry leaves, peanuts or garlic: your recipe or ours.
Bucket elevator
Finished namkeen rides the bucket elevator up to the weigher without being handled again.
Weighing & packing
The multihead weigher measures each portion, and the form-fill-seal machine packs it into a sealed pouch, from ₹5 sachets to 1 kg bags.

What is the minimum order for private label namkeen?
It depends on the product, pack size and packaging. Tell us what you need and we'll discuss the minimum order on a call.
Is your factory FSSAI licensed?
Yes. We manufacture at our FSSAI-licensed factory at E-41/13, MIDC Chikalthana, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.
Can you make namkeen to my own recipe?
Yes. Share your recipe and taste standard, and we'll agree the taste with you before production starts. You can also choose from our existing recipes.
Can you design my packaging?
Yes. We can work with your existing pouch artwork, or design your packaging with you.
Which products can you make under my brand?
Upwas and farali chiwda, mixtures and farsan, bhaji sev and misal shev, makka lasan, and peanut and gajak chikki, in ₹5 and ₹10 pouches, 200 g, 500 g and 1 kg packs, and chikki trays.
Do you do third-party or contract manufacturing of namkeen?
Yes. Private label, white label, third-party and contract manufacturing all mean the same thing here: we make the namkeen and pack it under your brand.
