Namkeen manufacturer for SuratFarali for Surat's nine nights.
નમસ્તે, Surat!
Surat loves its farsan, and its large Maharashtrian community already knows Upwas chiwda. Navratri means nine nights of garba and plenty of farali food. Satguru Food Industry has made namkeen since 2004, and our automated plant in MIDC Chikalthana can make 15 tons a day.
22 years of namkeen. Now made on an automated line.
What began as a family namkeen business in 2004 is today an automated plant in MIDC Chikalthana with a capacity of 15 tons a day. It makes our own brands, HariHar, Ratna and Jai Pratap, and namkeen for other brands.

Raw material check
Besan, sabudana, potatoes, corn, peanuts, spices and oil are checked as they arrive. Only what passes moves on.
Kneading & extrusion
Besan dough is kneaded smooth and pressed into even strands of sev, straight into hot oil.
Continuous frying
Our automated fryer holds oil temperature and frying time steady, so batch 50 tastes like batch 1.
Seasoning
A ribbon mixer coats every piece evenly with tadka, masala, curry leaves, peanuts or garlic.
Bucket elevator
Finished namkeen rides up to the weigher without being handled again.
Weigh & seal
Multihead weighers measure each portion and form-fill-seal machines pack it, from ₹5 sachets to 1 kg bags.
